The Telstra Wholesale mobile coverage area footprint reaches more than 98.8% of the Australian population and covers more than 1.6 million square kilometres of the Australian landmass.

Yes, new and existing customers can transfer existing numbers. No need to fret about getting a new one, when you can keep your existing mobile number.

Data Banking stores up any remaining and/or unused data allowance included in your plan so you can use it when you need it the most.

Our plans with unlimited international calling can be used to call 20 selected countries only: Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China, Columbia, Denmark, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Kingdom, USA, Vietnam, and Greece. 

1) Login as per normal, enter your mobile or account number & your account password

^Our Fair Use Policy applies to all UNLIMITED Plans and unlimited components of plans. Use which is not permitted by our Fair Use Policy is not included in your monthly call allowance or the relevant component of the plan. You may view the terms of our Fair Use Policy here.

All plans are for use in Australia and available for new and eligible recharging customers only. These plans are not available in conjunction with any other TeleChoice offer. Our Fair Use Policy applies to all unlimited plans and all unlimited components of plans. You need a 3G/4G compatible handset to use this service. The device needs to support 3G-850MHz and both 4G 1800MHz and 4G 700MHz banding so that you can get the best service possible.
Plan Recharge: Our recharge plans have 28 days or 180 days expiry. To retain all remaining data and credits you must recharge your base plan prior to expiry or within 2 days after expiry.
Data: Data usage is measured per kilobyte and rounded to the nearest kilobyte.
Data Packs: If you need more data, you may purchase one of our data packs. $10 for 1GB (1024MB) or $20 for 5GB (5120MB). Data packs have a 30 day expiry and any unused data will be added to your data bank if you recharge your base plan prior to expiry. If you do not recharge your base plan within 2 days after expiry, all remaining data will be forfeited.
Data banking: Data banking is available on all our plans. The maximum limit for data bank is set out in the CIS for your plan. Any data over the data bank maximum limit, if you do not recharge to the same value plan within 2 days of expiry, will be forfeited.
Data Gifting: Data Gifts are available on all our current plans that show Data Gifting. You can gift anyone that has a TeleChoice Post-Paid and/or Pre-Paid active mobile service which is on a Plan that allows data gifting, you can gift up to 50% of you monthly included data allowance or included data allowance per Prepaid recharge, and you can receive up to 999GB per monthly cycle. Gifted data can NOT be re-gifted. Users cannot gift from their Data Bank, excess data bolt-ons or bonus data.
Standard MMS and Video MMS: Our plans include a maximum of 2000 Standard National MMS & Video MMS every month
Prepaid 180 days Standard MMS and Video MMS: Our plans include a maximum of 3000 Standard National MMS & Video MMS every month for the Prepaid 100 plan and a maximum of 60 Standard National MMS & Video MMS every month for the Prepaid 50 plan
International Calling: If the country you are calling is not included in your plan you can add an International Calling Pack to your plan for $5, $6, $7 or $15 per month (excluding a mobile broadband plan). You can purchase that pack at any time (as a one-off). Our International Calling Packs allow you to call overseas to any country. International Call Packs have a 30 day expiry. for prepaid customers, If you do not recharge your base prepaid plan within two days, all credit left over on your International Call Pack will be forfeited. PAYG Value Pack: If you wish to make calls that are not included in your plan, you may purchase our $20 Value Pack. This pack has a 360 day expiry. If you do not recharge your base plan within two days of expiry, all credits in this value pack will be forfeited. To see the PAYG Value Pack call rates click here
International Roaming: Only available on SIM only plans.
Included Countries: Only full colour countries are included in the call packs, countries that are greyed out are not included.

Speed Caps

What are the speed caps for TeleChoice mobile plans?

The download speed is capped at 100Mbps for all plans, except for the $55 5G Prepaid Mobile Plan, which is capped at 250Mbps.

What is a speed cap?

This is the maximum potential download speed. Typical speeds will often be slower and will vary due to factors such as location, device capabilities, distance from the base station, local conditions, concurrent users, hardware and software configuration and download/upload destination.

Beyond the maximum potential speed for your selected plan, a speed cap does not indicate any relative performance difference compared to another plan with a different speed cap.

Will I get 5G speeds on a 5G Plan?

Yes, but only with a 5G-compatible device and in areas with 5G coverage.

What does Mbps mean?

Megabits per second (Mbps) gauge data speed. More Mbps = faster speed; fewer Mbps = slower speed.
