Customers who purchase a TeleChoice NBN plan, are eligible for a 10% discount off a maximum of four TeleChoice month to month SIM only plans.

If more than four month to month SIM only plans are puchased, the discount applies to the lowest four TeleChoice month to month SIM only plans.

Your discount will be applied from your next bill moving forward, after your TeleChoice NBN service has been activated.

If you already have an existing TeleChoice month to month SIM only plan, your discount will be applied from your next bill moving forward, after your TeleChoice NBN service had been activated.

If a customer cancels their TeleChoice NBN plan, then the 10% discount on their TeleChoice month to month SIM only plan ceases.

Minimum Cost is for a NBN DATA only plan and does not include the use of a phone line or the purchase of a modem if you choose to select one from our range, please refer to the CIS and terms and conditions for more information in relation to minimum costs and charges based on your selected NBN plan and selected Phone Line packages including any additional equipment purchases.

If you choose to cancel your plan before the end of the Modem Period you will need to pay the selected monthly modem charge of $33.33 for the DSL-3785, $37.49 for the DSL-3900, multiplied by the months remaining on the Modem Period. The remaining Modem cost will be applied as a lump sum on your final bill. You must be connected for a minimum of one month.

Who is eligible?

Customers who already have a month to month SIM only TeleChoice plan and are puchasing a TeleChoice NBN plan.

What does the discount apply to?

A 10% discount applies to a maximum of four TeleChoice month to month SIM only plans.

If a customer cancels their TeleChoice NBN plan, then the 10% discount on their TeleChoice month to month SIM only plan ceases.

How do I get the discount?

Your discount will be applied from your next bill moving forward, after your TeleChoice NBN service has been activated

Speed Caps

What are the speed caps for TeleChoice mobile plans?

The download speed is capped at 100Mbps for all plans, except for the $55 5G Prepaid Mobile Plan, which is capped at 250Mbps.

What is a speed cap?

This is the maximum potential download speed. Typical speeds will often be slower and will vary due to factors such as location, device capabilities, distance from the base station, local conditions, concurrent users, hardware and software configuration and download/upload destination.

Beyond the maximum potential speed for your selected plan, a speed cap does not indicate any relative performance difference compared to another plan with a different speed cap.

Will I get 5G speeds on a 5G Plan?

Yes, but only with a 5G-compatible device and in areas with 5G coverage.

What does Mbps mean?

Megabits per second (Mbps) gauge data speed. More Mbps = faster speed; fewer Mbps = slower speed.
